LOVING HEART – Pure Love

October 19th, 2007

In our culture we have separated thought and action. This has lead to the slow erosion of our society. We can’t seem to grasp the concept of yin and yang (negative and positive). We either charge ahead without thinking of the consequences, or we think ourselves to death without taking the necessary actions to create the life we desire. When we commit, we must commit totally with our mind, body and spirit. If we do not commit totally in mind, body and spirit, we find ourselves less then fully aware which creates discontent and stress. If we are not fully with our self, we can never be fully with another.

This is true in all areas of our life, including love. If we love completely with mind, body and spirit, we find love fulfilling and lasting. When we do not love completely with all of our mind, body and spirit, we find our selves in a state of conflict from within.

If we only love with our spirit, our mind will not be in love. Then our mind will be undecided if it is in love or fearful of the deep spiritual love we have in our spirit. When this happens, conflict is created, as to if we are really in love or not. Our mind controls our body. When our mind is not in love our body will not be able to give itself completely in love.

We can also love with only our body. Yes, this gives us gratification and sexual satisfaction. Our mind allows this because it feels good. But, our spirit knows when our intimacies do not involve love. Then our spirit slowly turns our mind against our body. This causes discontent and stress, leading to the relationship failing.

When only our mind loves, it is from a place of falseness. Our mind can make the assumption that because a person is compatible, beautiful and sexual, that our mind must be in love, or at least it should be in love. Such false pretences of love only lead to heartaches and failed relationships.

Divine love, true love, always flows from our spirit … heart and soul. Our mind agrees then our body follows. When our mind, our body and our spirit are all united in love, our love will always survive and prosper. This is true pure eternal love. Only our fears and past habits can keep our mind and body from following our spirit into pure eternal love.

Negative thoughts … fear … will always lead our mind and body out of love. When this occurs, we are able to feel love’s essence in our spirit, but our mind will not let us follow through with our body. Fear is the biggest destroyer of lasting love. Fear is self-destructive thinking … negative thinking. To overcome the self destructive ways of fear, we must use the power of our mind … to understand love is better then fear.

We have to instruct our mind to come to the realization that being connected feels better then being detached; that being close brings more joy then isolation; and, that togetherness if far better then being alone. When our mind begins to comprehend being in love feels a whole lot better then living in fear; our mind will happily unite with our spirit allowing our body to join in a true pure eternal love. Changing our mind is a choice, each of us must undertake.

A wise man once said, we must weed through the garden of our mind to find the flowers. Our mind can quickly be overtaken with negative, pessimistic thoughts that outweigh and out number the blossoming flowers. We must weed out thoughts that do not serve us replacing them with empowering true thoughts that reflect our true spirit.

In love, and in life, we must be courageous. Courage is not being without fear. Courage is knowing how to face and accept fear, turning fear into excitement and enthusiasm. When our mind, our body and our spirit are in complete agreement and passionate about love … love blooms. We can’t attain ‘oneness’ in love with our mind, our body and our spirit overnight. We must each commit to our own spirituality separately, yet united. Loving and growing with each other … in love … is true enlightenment and bonding eternally.

When we ‘love’ someone with part of our being, we are not ‘in love’. When we ‘love’ with all of our being … our mind, our body, our spirit … we are ‘in love’ with all off our essence. This is true pure unconditional eternal love. To be completely … mind, body, spirit … ‘in love’ with someone who is completely ‘in love’ with us is the greatest freedom we will ever know.

LOVING HEART – Creating Miracles

October 18th, 2007

Be A Loving Heart While Creating Your Own Miracles.Bring wonderful experiences into your life through your own miracles. Are there really miracles? Yes there are. We’ve all heard of miracles of physical healing that cannot be explained by medical science. We’ve heard of miracles when the perfect solution presents itself at just the right time. There are miracles when and action taken by a person that puts them in just the right place and resulting in a greater good than ever-seemed possible. There are miracles in finding the perfect job, the perfect mate, and/or money when it’s most needed. Miracles happen through natural and normal circumstances, and the “new science” of quantum physics is proving that we are all wired for miracles. The reality is that every one of us can consciously take control and work to create a miracle or miracles in our lives.

We are not victims of a random existence in a confusing hostile world. Life is for us, not against us. Not only is it possible to experience a dramatic healing or find the perfect solution to our problems, but it’s also possible to express the dream or desire that we haven’t dared pursue up to now and to learn how to bring such wonderful experiences into our lives more often.

To help get you started on the path of creating your own miracle, here are eight simple steps

Be Very Clear

You need to be very clear about the miracle you desire … about the good you want in your world. As you clearly visualize or imagine your miracle, focus only on the end result of what you want not the means by which it will come about. Let the “how” be up to the Infinite Intelligence that’s working for you in response to your thinking.

Expect The Best

We tend to attract that which we love, fear, or steadily expect. So expect the best, even when negative circumstances appear, in fact, especially when they appear. When we expect less than what we want, we get less than what we want. Remind yourself that you do deserve the good you desire. You deserve it by the right of your very existence. Consciously and consistently expect that everything is working to your greatest and highest good.

Let Go Of Fear

Fear is faith in something negative. Be watchful about your thinking. Your thoughts magnetically attract others like themselves. When you think negatively, your mind will go on a stream-of-consciousness journey into all sorts of related realms of negativity until you consciously stop yourself. All of this will block your miracle. Of course, you can’t eliminate every single negative thought for the rest of your life. But all you need is 51% faith and your life will begin to turn in the right direction. When you realize this truth, you will begin to feel empowered, and your faith will become more and more self-generating.

Open Your Mind To All Possibilities

When we open ourselves to a greater flow of Universal Power and Intelligence, we also need to let go of the way we want it. Although miracles always unfold in a very natural manner, they often come through unexpected channels. Whenever we hold tight, mentally or physically, to having things unfold “our way,” we run the risk of delaying our good, diminishing it or even blocking it all together.

“What” is up to you.

“How” is up to Spirit.

See Yourself As You Want To Become

If you desire health, you need to see yourself healthy and filled with energy and enthusiasm for life. If you desire abundance, you need to see yourself enjoying an abundant lifestyle. You need to see yourself the way you want to become after realizing your miracles. This does not mean living in a state of denial. On the contrary, you are clear about the facts of your present situation and handle what needs to be handled. But while you are doing all of this, your thinking about where you are headed is focused on what you want, not on what you don’t want or where you are today.

Keep the Power

Don’t talk about your miracle. Keep it a secret. To share it prematurely is to dissipate some of the Power of your miracle. Further, a negative or envious person will contribute a certain amount of negative energy, either spoken or unspoken, around your miracle. The integrity of the relationship between you and Spirit, with respect to the unfoldment of your miracle must not be violated. Wait until it is absolutely necessary to share your miracle in order for it to continue unfolding. Even then, share as little as possible with as few people as possible.

Do What Needs To Be Done By You

Through the Law of Attraction, many good things move into our lives, apparently unbidden. But almost always, there are things that you need to do and choices you need to make. When you are very clear about what it is you want or need, your mind becomes calm and focused. This, in turn, provides a clear channel for the guidance and direction you need in making your choices and decisions about what to do on the path to realizing your miracle.

Pray … Pray Often … Prayer Works

Prayer is effective whether we’re praying for ourselves, praying for others, or being prayed for by others. You don’t have to be religious for your prayers to be effective.

A few suggestions:

… Pray at a time and in a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed.

… Allow yourself to feel empathy, love, and compassion for yourself or for whomever you are praying.

… Pray with a complete expectation that your prayer is being answered and that the desired result is right now in the process of manifestation.

After you pray, “let go and let the Creator.” At that point, your job in the creative process is complete. Your continuing work is to guard your thinking. Creatively praying several times a day is a major key to success in obtaining your desires. If you are not a person, who prays, then use meditation instead.

Be a Loving Heart while creating your miracles.

PEACE

October 17th, 2007

Finding Peace …

Many mystics and wisdom traditions believe that our external universe mirrors what we are inside. There is a saying in some schools of psychology that says, “Perception is projection.” This basically says the same thing in modern scientific terms. Thus in order to have peace in our external world we need to have peace in our internal world.

Many people are angry, worried, aggressive and are filled with other negative feelings. They perceive anger, worry, aggression and other negative things in the world. By inducing peace in our self, we can get rid of these negative forces.

Someone asked this question, “How are we to have peace when we are angry?” A good question. There are many ways to bring peace into our inter self, including:

Watch as little TV news as possible.

Meditation.

Self-hypnosis.

Get a massage.

Affirmations such as: “I am peaceful,” or “Peace now.”

Sending out unconditional love.

Read an inspirational book.

Visit your place of worship outside hours of organized prayer and talk to the Creator. Place your burdens in the hand of the Creator.

Doing something for someone else … more than just sending money: donate blood; knit a sweater for the poor; go serve in a soup kitchen; visit a hospital. The list of opportunities to help others is endless.

Write your feelings in a diary.

Most importantly participate in something spiritual. Have faith in the ultimate goodness of the Creator and the universe.

May your days be filled with Love and Peace …

LIFE WITH WOODY

October 15th, 2007

10 inspirational quotes to improve your Loving Heart. It might take a little coffee or maybe a few rounds of beer or any other booze you can get your hands on when it comes to relaxing after a hard day’s work. Well, yeah I’m guilty of that one as well, unless I’m caught dead wearing a lampshade over my head after a few rounds of vodka … half-naked! Okay, bad example and I apologize to everyone reading this after getting nightmares about me in that state of drunken stupor.

Just don’t ask how it happened, please.

But what’s really interesting is how do people go through the usual part of life when faced with vein-popping stress? I mean, the new age thing like Zen or yoga is one of the good things and it actually works. Is there room for the intellectual side of people who can actually smell the roses-in-a-can while on the move? It kind of had me thinking that there really must be something in this ‘mind-over-matter’ thing.

Humor is indeed the best medicine there is wherever you are. I mean anyone can pay good money to listen to a comedian just to make you wet your pants after laughing so hard. Despite of what’s been happening, and to those who have gone though the ordeal, it’s better to just laugh while facing the troubles with a clear mind than anger with a clouded vision. One of my favorite celebrities of all time is Woody Allen. Now this is one guy who gives you the in-your-face bluntness that he pulls out with gusto, even without even trying. You can talk about anything with the man, and he’s bound to mock the subject and you’ll end up laughing rather than being upset about it.

Woody Allen has this to say:

1. “Money is better than poverty, if only for financial reasons.”

It sounds good to me, I mean the practicality of all things does involve money but it doesn’t have to take an arm and a leg to get it.

2. “I believe there is something out there watching us. Unfortunately, it’s the government.”

‘Nuff said.

3. “There are worse things in life than death. Have you ever spent an evening with an insurance salesman?”

This happens to be one of the classic ones. I mean the issue about life’s little problems isn’t all that bad, until ‘he’ shows up. Sure, relationships can get complicated; or does have its complications that probably any author about relationships is bound to discover soon. We follow what our heart desires, unless you’re talking about ‘the heart’ as in the heart that pumps blood throughout your body.

4. “Love is the answer, but while you’re waiting for the answer, sex raises some pretty interesting questions.”

And if you want more, just keep on asking!

5. “A fast word about oral contraception. I asked a girl to go to bed with me, she said ‘no’.”

It sounds, ‘practical’, I think.

And when it comes to everyday life, he really knows how to make the best out of every possible scenario, and it doesn’t involve a lawsuit if he strikes a nerve.

6. “Basically my wife was immature. I’d be at home in the bath and she’d come in and sink my boats.”

I never had a boat in my bathtub before. Just staring at it while soaking in hot water makes me seasick already.

7. “I am not afraid of death, I just don’t want to be there when it happens.”

If it rains, it pours.

8. “I am thankful for laughter, except when milk comes out of my nose.”

It could get worse when you’re guzzling on beer … or mouthwash, and it happened to me once!

9. “If you want to make God laugh, tell him about your plans.”

At least he doesn’t smite us with lightning, and I’m thankful for that.

And despite of what may happen to all of us in the next ten, twenty, or even thirty years, I guess we all have to see things in a different kind of light and not just perspective. I can’t seem to imagine life without any piece of wisdom that could guide us. Whether we’re religious or not, it takes more courage to accept your fears and learn how to deal with them. That’s all that matters when it comes to even just getting along.

And to sum things up, here is the last nugget of wisdom to go by … however, whenever, and wherever we may be.

10. “The talent for being happy is appreciating and liking what you have, instead of what you don’t have.”
